did anyone do any home inducing or anything to help things get rolling? please share

I’m really not sure if these things helped but I went from 1cm to 2cm and 70% effaced in a week, I have been drinking raspberry leaf tea, doing the squatting position, and having regular intercourse

well honestly at 38w almost nothing will work because your body needs to be ready. baby could be in the another 2-3 weeks, really. at this point you could have sex, walk alot, do squats, those type of things and they might help get ya ready, but most likely won't put you into labor

I drank midwives brew and pumped for 2 hours for nipple stimulation. As soon as I stopped pumping and laid down for bed my contractions became 2 minutes apart. I was 39 +6 though

Nothing. Unless your body and baby are ready nothing will help.
