Help.. friend who wants to throw me a baby shower

So I’m not the type who likes to be the center of attention. Earlier on in my pregnancy my friend asked if i was having a baby shower... I was like I don’t know, we’re fine I’ll probably just get everything we need ourselves (This is my third, haven’t had a baby shower since my first 8 years ago). So anyway she’s like nope! You’re having one, I’m throwing you a baby shower. Which I obviously am very grateful and excited for. Anyway.. we decided on a date and my shower is the first weekend in July, roughly a month away. I’ve done a baby registry, given her all the names and emails of people I want there (20 close family and friends) and she hasn’t done anything yet? 🤷🏻‍♀️. Do I say hey if it’s too much for you I understand? I’ve had other gfs offer to throw me a shower and when I tell them so and so is, they want to help and said to give her their number but she’s yet to call them to coordinate anything.. what do i do?! I feel like at this rate I’m not even going to have a baby shower.. 😏🤷🏻‍♀️
