Maybe pregnancy symptom?

Hey guys so your girl here needs some help with a few different things. Me and my boyfriend (I think he's gonna pop the question soon eeeek!) have been talking about relocating homes since we're both finally getting our feet in the door in our careers. Yay! The other week he told me he wanted to start a family with me when we relocate and settle more financially. Another eeeek! My heart has been aching to start trying again after my horrific loss 2 years ago, a chemical in march, and news from my doctors that there's a very slim chance of me actually being able to have children. Well! Between work and being terribly sick all last month, I missed a few pills, was taking antibiotics, and we had unprotected sex multiple times. I know this is a long shot because of my doctors opinions of my infertility issues, but my (maybe tmi?) nipples have been so so so sore! I don't know if this means anything, but they both have gotten a tad larger and darker in color. Also, I can't stop eating. It's all I want to do. Especially meat. That's all that I've eaten these past 2 weeks. I'm still a few days away from my period, so I have to wait to test, but what do you guys think? Maybe? It'd be a surprise for us, but a really nice surprise.
