13 week appointment question

Okay so I have already had 2 ultrasounds so far, one at 7 weeks and one at 10. I know at my first appointment my DR told me at the 13 week appointment is the NT scan. My appointment is this coming Thursday and the did not schedule me for an ultrasound, only an appointment with a DR. I only just realized this because they texted me the confirmation for the appointment. Did anyone else not have an ultrasound at their 13 week appointment? I just feel like I should definitely have one for that test as he mentioned and because I know some people don’t even get an ultrasound until 12 weeks. I had sooner appointments due to a previous miscarriage. I’m definitely going to call on Monday and find out what’s going on but my crazy pregnancy hormones are killing me because I was under the impression I would get to see my baby again and now I’m worried I’ll have to wait until my 20 week anatomy scan 😩
