Any tips to help with acne since being pregnant?

Ever since I’ve been pregnant my acne has been so bad! Anyone else in the same boat that has found a good face wash to help? I’ve tried Burt’s Bees, Aveeno and Clean and Clear as well as the Mary-Kay spot treatment. They all worked in the past but now none of them worked. :(

Not to be this mom, but do your research on salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide while pregnant! My dermatologist and OB both told me to stay far away while pregnant.

Sorry you’re dealing with acne during your pregnancy. Acne that suddenly pops up when your pregnant is the worst.
When I was pregnant with my first, I had THE WORST painful terrible looking cystic acne. For weeks, I was miserable and tried everything to get rid of it. I finally learned it was a mild soy intolerance flaring up. So I cut out all soy. As difficult as that was, the acne cleared up pretty well. 
This time around, my pregnancy feels so much different and I haven’t noticed the soy intolerance induced acne. Yuck. I use Cetaphil face wash and love it. I have really dry skin and it’s gently enough to not be drying, but strong enough to keep the hormone induced breakouts at bay.

Yes I'm the same! It's like I'm back to being a teenager! I've been using aveno in the shower and then just making sure I use a make up wipe before bed and in the morning when I wake up. It's made it *kind of* more manageable. It's still not great though :( my chest is really bad too!

I’m using yes to tomatoes face wash then braggs apple cider vinegar then I moisturize with yes to tomatoes moisturizer and their salyslic acid if I need to. It seems to help I’ve been breaking out too face chest and back it’s annoying.
