I honestly feel stupid

So I’m in like a huge predicament in my opinion and idk what to do. So I have a bf but he’s like 4 years older than me. I am certain my mother wont like him because he dropped out of high school due to his mother’s death and money issues and right now he isn’t in college. However, he works as a manager at a restaurant and is currently saving up to get an apartment. I for one don’t want to tell her because I don’t need her judging me. I have asked for advice on here before about it but even when I tried those approaches that still didn’t work. I can not trust her to let me enjoy my relationship and be with him because she will be all up in it and mess it up and tell her family about it and judge me. Her family already hates me and everything that I do and have told me no one would want to be around me and I’m just going to be depressed for the rest of my life. What do you guys think I should do? Should I continue to hide it or just tell her and hope she does not kick me out?
