best way to deal with criticism and whiners
how do you deal with a person who has a "complainy" or whiney attitude and somehow expects you to fix things or always has a comment about the way you do things. I tried tuning the person out, pointing it out, talking about it, walking away, etc. it keeps going and I'm pretty fed up. any advice is greatly appreciated!! it's to the point I don't enjoy this person's company
