Shifting fertile days?

Hi I have a question about opk and glows fertile days. The past two months I've used the digital opk that identifies just 2 peak days and Glows fertile days have matched with the results fairly well. i was set to start fertile week today with probably Friday/Saturday being peak days.

But I started using the digital test that identifies high days AND peak days this month. Yesterday was a o but this morning was a high (but not peak). I figured this made sense with the current fertile days since I would get about 3 high days and then 2 peak days around Thursday/Friday. But when I put in the ovulation result as high into glow it shifted all my fertile days back so I'm supposedly 4 days into fertile week already??

Should I go with the new fertile days or stick with the original ones that matched my last 2 cycles? Confused!
