Streak of red blood after wiping ????

I'm 30+2 and away from my home where my OB is, and I just went to the bathroom. My first wipe had a streak of red blood but the 2nd wipe didn't. I'm military so I'm visiting my parent's and staying with them in a town with another military base. I've had no contractions or cramps of any kind or discharge. Of course I'm kinda freaked because I'm only 30 weeks but this is also my rainbow baby and would I always freaked to lose this one. Has anyone had this happen, is it a big deal, should I do anything right away or be worried right away or wait to see if MIT happens again or if my body changes any? My OB doesn't have an after hours # and if I was there they'd just have me call the l&d; at the hospital I'm supposed to deliver at. Much smaller military post where I live vs where I'm visiting. Trying to remain calm.
