Screaming...

Lord help me... my 15 month old has been funny screaming for awhile now. She loves to talk and make any noise. But now it’s getting to the point where it’s ridiculously obnoxious. And she’s now starting to do it when she gets angry. It’s bloody murder screaming. I’m losing my mind. We’ve tried NO, and putting our finger to our lips and saying shh..... I seriously don’t know what to do anymore. Please tell me there’s something I can do to help atleast calm the screaming down just a tad. It’s bad.
