A nervous and concerned mother

My SO and I were sleeping as usual and my little one likes to sleep on our chests...however she has gotten to the point where she rolls sometimes...she’s never rolled to the point of us not being able to trust her on our chest until today...she fell out of the bed 😞 and I feel like the worst person for not thinking of this possible outcome...she’s stopped crying and is back asleep (on her boppy) and won’t be sleeping on us any longer...has this ever happened to anyone else and if so what to do in this situation...I don’t want to be mad at him for letting her fall because I know it could have happened to either of us but I’m soooooo upset and tried my hardest to hold back my tears as she was crying...so he wouldn’t feel any worse than he already did😣
