Clomid with one tube

Hi! This is my first month on clomid and I just left dr. and of course I only have one dominant follicle and its on my left side which is my side without the tube!!  Doc said there is very little chance I can get a bfp this month and I am feeling super down and frustrated. Also did post coital test and saw dh's sperm swimming healthily in my cm under microscope which was pretty cool. Any success stories of people getting pregnant from ovulating on side without tube? Need some encouragement!
