Baby’s heart rate? Should I be concerned?

So I monitor my baby pretty close and yes can be good and bad but I try not to panic right away when something seems weird (aka, like the fact that he doesn’t move enough to me on some days. But I have realized that seems to be perfectly normal) but I am 26 weeks and yes I do still take his heart rate when I feel it’s necessary and I took it tonight and he’s at like 150-151... usually he’s no higher than 145.. I know it’s not too much higher but it’s never been this high.. should I be concerned? What can I do? My appointment is next week but I don’t have a good look out on my appointments cause it seems like every appointment they are rushing me and don’t care about my baby or my concerns and make me feel like such an idiot. But this is my rainbow baby and i love him more than anything and I want to know that he’s okay and the doctors just don’t care. It’s so frustrating. So I was looking for opinions on here on his heartbeat. Has anyone else experienced this?
