teen confidentiality?UPDATED

Do you believe that an underage girl should have to have her parents permission to get on birth control? If not, do you believe a parent should be able to have complete access to their teen's medical information?

I have a 2 yr old and 5 month old so obviously I have to have access to their medical information so for those say that a parent shouldnt have access to medical info, when should they be required to stop recieveing it? Also, should a teen be responsible for all their medical needs; for example, general yearly check ups, scheduling and going when sick/hurt, insurance/copay, cost of medicine etc.?
