So I started watching porn when I was 16 and I use it to masturbate and after every session I feel disgusting. I want to stop but idk how. When I get bored or horny its just what I like to do and I feel bad after I do it. I feel disgusting but I keep doing it... Like I just get really horny at night and thats when I do it. I dont want to tell anyone. Do you guys have any advice???
