I’ll NEVER do this again!!!! HELP!!!

So I got a perm done a month ago. Let me tell you I will never in my life do this again. In order to get this perm out of my hair I have to let it grow out and cut it! I’m trying to grow my hair out. This is a nightmare. My hair grows extremely slow. I don’t want to cut all my hair off. It took me so long just to grow it out the the length I have now. But I don’t have a question WHAT WILL MAKE MY HAIR GROW FASTER????? I take biotin and prenatal vitamins. I do leave in keriten treatments as well. Please help me. Give me some advice on what helps you grow your hair out faster
