any advice please?

So i don’t know if i’m over reacting or what but i really am starting to feel a little crazy😅😂 I’ve been having this urge to urinate frequently even though nothing or not much comes out usually. i’ve also noticed a different smell and a different color at times in my discharge. i don’t think that’s normal? i’ve went to the doctors i’ve told them my symptoms, gotten a pap smear, talked to other people about it. nothing is wrong they say. everyone says that i should be fine, but i really feel like it’s something. maybe i’m just overthinking it? i honestly don’t know anymore and it’s really stressing me out. any advice would be helpful...;) btw i frequently get uti’s from sex but i have been checked if i have it and i don’t. i’m 17 and i usually don’t feel comfortable talking to people about this..
