Trying again...

We just found out yesterday that we miscarried. I was 4 weeks 4 days. This was my 1st miscarriage I am 39 years old and have 3 children all healthy pregnancies although my youngest is almost 11. Went to OB this morning and he confirmed I had lost the baby. He said in 2 weeks we can try again and if I don't conceive after 2 cycles to come in and we can look at options. My question/concern is we wanted this baby so bad and I'm feeling pretty lost. My husband wants to try again. For those who have miscarried how long did you wait before trying again?
