Normal? Or am I being crazy ?

I have a different doctor for my second birth... since it’s my second kid I haven’t been AS stressed but lately ive been pretty fed up with my doctors office. Here’s why:

1. Last two appointments have been cancelled on me (not even seeing my OB, seeing an NP) so it’s not like it was because of emergency, delivery or something

2. I am 34 weeks and have only seen my actual doctor 2 times

3. Asked the NP today if they would begin checking me at 36 weeks for dilation (like I had with my first) and she told me since I’m a scheduled c section they don’t check. Then tells me it’s not routine to check until 38 weeks

4. Doctor didn’t check my blood type and almost got the rhogam shot when I didn’t even need it. THEN Was billed for it

I’m just a little surprised they’re not going to start checking me just in case I’m dilated or effaced when the time gets closer.... am I being unreasonable for being irritated ?
