Helicopter parent

My boyfriend's sister regularly babysits; however, she's never babysat our son, and she is for the first time tomorrow. We won't have time to go over the basics and everything so I made this. I just want to make sure it doesn't sound too controlling or over protective or anything. What do y'all think?
