Help my Ovarian cyst ruptured?!

Question

So I had a ovarian cyst and have been in a lot pain but today it ruptured. I feel like someone literally ripped my uterus out of my body. Is there anything I can do to relieve pain and symptoms.

I have polycystic ovaries and I feel them burst near enough every time. I always find that a hot, relaxing bath always helps if you have someone to help you in and out, also using a hot water bottle at the bottom of your stomach and in between your legs (sounds like an odd place to put it but it really does help), a hot drink and painkillers always help. If the pain doesn't ease or go away within around 2 days I'd see your GP/doctor. I really hope this helps!

I like to do a hot bath and Tylenol PM but that's only if you have someone to help you in and out.
