I had a pain free period for the first time in my life!

I am so excited about this so I had to share. since I was 12 I had periods with cramps so bad I could not stand up straight and would spend three days in tears and not able to move no matter what I tried. I'm now 20 and for the first timw this month I tried a central cup. the idea of it really freaked me out at first but trying it actually gave me the shortest, least painful period. it lasted 4 days instead of 8!!! I decided to switch to the cup after I found out pads and tampons have a fake estrogen designed yo make women bleed more and use more product. I decided to try it for one cycle and go from there. I am never going back. I'm on the mental cup train and I will never usr a pad again. better for my body and better for the earth with less waste. sorry for going off, I was just so excited! does anyone else use a menstrual cup? I'm still new to it so are there any downsides I'm too new to it to know of?
