TMI!!!!! Genital Herpes? Or a bad case of razor burn/Folliculits?

Hey guys. So about a week or so ago , I shaved my pubic area.... I did use an old razor... Days later I started getting pimple like bumps around my labia. Those later went away. But between my butt, it’s inflamed and red. Later these open sores have formed. I thought it was a skin chafing problem along with my unusual watery discharge that I had for 3 days, so I thought that iratated my skin. It was hard to walk, sit, defecate, or even urinate because my urine would Irritate my skin, So I got some monistat chafing gel. It has helped tremendously. Wondering if this is genital herpes or not. It’s hard to tell because it’s hard to keep between my butt dry....And yes I have had unprotected sex within the last 3 weeks. (The now picture is white because I used powder to keep my area dry... and the green spot in my after picture is not poop...)....( I didn’t have any flu like symptoms other than morning headaches for a week. The bumps weren’t itchy.)
