Conflicted

My husband got offered a new position at his job. This new job will bump him up from $12 hr to $20 hr. The only downside of it is he will be working longer hours & have to work out of town 2 - 3 days a week. He thinks it’s a perfect time to have a baby because of the pay raise. However, I don’t think so. I don’t want to be stuck with a newborn by myself. Especially because I have no family where we live. I wouldn’t have anyone to help me if I need it.

I’m not saying I’ll never have a baby with him but it might be better to wait until he moves up enough where he has better hours & doesn’t have to stay in a hotel part of the week 3 1/2 hrs away.

I don’t know what to do. I’m all over the place now. Any advice would be appreciated.

(No I didn’t tell him not to take the job. I encouraged him to get it)
