Chemical pregnancy

So this is now my second chemical pregnancy. I had one last month and again this month. Last month the DR said that I may have not actually been pregnant, but my body released hormones that gave a false positive. I'm super confused and don't know what to think. Has this happened to anyone else? What do I do? I feel so deflated
