spotting and cramping

So I need your opinions ladies. Monday my boyfriend and I had sex and afterwards I started having cramping that lasted all day Monday then about midnight I started having some bright red spotting which lasted all day tuesday. Now I am having brown spotting like old blood but not cramping anymore. Do I go to the ER? I had a MC in February and the bleeding isn't the same but I'm just really worried that I'm miscarrying. I'n 7 weeks and my first OB appt isn't until 6/22. Thanks in advance!
