I’m 5’2 and 130 pounds...how much should I lose?

I am in gymnastics and have been for the last 6 years. But lately it has been harder to work out for some reason. I want to go on runs but I can’t bring myself to do it. I try to eat healthy, but I just eat a lot. I have this bad habit of eating when I am bored. I need help! Also, I’m 13, almost 14. I go on a lot of bike rides with my friend, but that is just building muscle instead of losing weight on my belly region. I hate my stomach, it sticks out a lot. Like everything else on my body is fine, but it’s just my stomach that I hate. I think I might go on a run today. I am also going to do some ab workouts. If you have any good workouts please tell me!
