You guys, my office doesn't know yet... and I picked up lunch for a meeting today and someone's soup spilled all in the back floorboard of my car. I'm still fighting to not throw up. My coworkers came out with paper towels and Clorox wipes, but I was gagging and trying to hide it. It was probably one of the most disgusting smells yet.

I am finally eating, hoping it supresses the nasuea, but any tips or tricks you ladies have picked up to get through bad spells at the office or in public?
