Implantation spotting experience?

So I had my first period since my missed miscarriage and d&c; about two weeks ago. My husband and I started being active again the day after my period even though I wasn’t technically ovulating by my glow app’s standards. However, I do know there’s a higher chance of getting pregnant after a miscarriage. Two days ago I went to the bathroom and realized I had some very light pink discharge/spot and it happened once more that night. I cramped a little that day and yesterday..very light cramping. Is this what’s considered implantation spotting? I have no idea what else it would be. I was wondering if anyone experienced this then got a BFP in the next couple of weeks. Trying not to get my hopes up but I have no clue what else it could be.
