Help!!!!!!!!

We were told my husbands white blood count was so high that they can’t even detect sperm or can’t see it cause of the white blood cells. Anyone ever experienced this? Advice? My husbands healthy as far as he knows. His blood work the other day shows he has no issues at all, healthy as ever! That’s the only issue with his semen. We can’t see anything else cause of his WBC.
