Healthy weight loss?
Listen, I have been trying to lose weight for months and my body seems to be maintaining the current weight but i want to lose 20 pounds.
I started eating smaller portions, I had a weights class for 9 months (so perhaps I am just gaining more muscle rather than fat), but I also realized that I lost the most weight by running last year in my gym class. I lost 40 lbs.
I was 5'8 and weighed 270 (scary, i know). Now I am down to 225-230 but i still want to lose 10 more, I am just not comfortable enough with my body. Any tips would help and please be nice, I know I weigh more than I should ;u;
