Lowered the effectiveness??

So I know on birth control packaging it says to keep it between 68 and 77 degrees. I never really thought about it and just assumed it was so the pills didn’t melt or something (I know, super naive of me). Well after reading that it actually can lower its effectiveness I’m kind of worried. I take Sprintec, I keep it in the little pouch it comes with next to my bed. Well that part of my apartment is usually between 82-86 degrees since it’s gotten warm out. What are the chances it affected my birth control?? I was already kind of worried because I just started the 3rd week of the pack today (my third month on it but this is the first month it’s been over 72ish in my apartment because it randomly started to get super warm all of a sudden). But a little less than a week ago I started having hot flashes and getting dizzy on occasion and the past couple days I’ve been nauseous on and off and yesterday every time I ate I felt like I was going to be sick. I take my pill every single day between 6 and 7 in the morning. Occasionally I’ve taken it at like 5 because I just take it when I get up in the morning. Once or twice I didn’t take it until like 8 or 8:30. I have two kids and my youngest is only 4 months old so you’d think I’d know this stuff by now but I literally didn’t know the temperature could make it less effective.

I also forgot to mention my oldest has been super clingy and begging to sleep with me the past 4 or 5 nights and the ONLY other time he acted like that and insisted on sleeping with me was when I was pregnant with his brother. I know a lot of people don’t believe young kids can sense pregnancy but I do so like I said I’ve kind of just been freaking out.
