Should I go to urgent care?

I have a sharp crippling pain from my left butt cheek down to my foot that doesn’t seem to be getting any better. Pain started about a week ago but over the last few days has been excruciating. I’m 11+2. Not sure who to see for this or what can even be done. I’m told that it’s sciatic nerve pain. Would it do me any good to go to urgent care or will they just tell me to stretch, ice, and take Tylenol?

I was also thinking sciatic nerve pain. I’m not positive, but I don’t think there’s much they can do for you 😞

Maybe a chiropractor but I’m just throwing stuff out there. I’ve had that before too and my leg would just give out.

Most urgent care places will not accept pregnant patients :(

Honestly just stay home, sciatic pain sucks. But just relax at home. Try to.

Get on all fours,

Slowly swing your hips from left to right, in a swaying motion. Do this for about five minutes or longer if you like.
Then slowly move down to your elbows then lay you bottom half of your arms flat. 
Then again slowly sway your hips from left to right.
Stop when you're ready.
You should feel better right away.

Unfortunately they can't do anything for you-- the things you listed are pretty much what you can do. Your OB may be able to prescribe you some physical therapy, ask at your next appt.

Try a muscle stick! I had this exact same pain and my husband used it on me whileI was on my side and it went away almost completely the next day! Haven’t had too much pain since!

take a tennis ball and have SO roll with pressure near your areas where there is pain. this worked for me especially where my butt is.
