My symptoms are going away I’m usually really nauseas 24/7 and vomit every single night. I’m not as nauseas anymore. Is this normal for it to just go away within two days?? Also how do you keep positive up until the next ultrasound at the 20 week scan 😩😩😣 I’ve had a miscarriage so every little thing scares me

I’ve had two losses and one successful pregnancy and I’m pregnant with my second. My symptoms disappeared around 13 weeks and haven’t come back really. Odd thing here and there to remind me but nearly 17 weeks and apart from being tired I don’t really feel pregnant

Welcome to the 2nd trimester! Fewer symptoms (or at least fewer crappy symptoms) = normal.

keeping positive especially after you've had a miscarriage is hard.  all I can say is,  keep talking to your baby and rub your belly.  try not to stress a lot( I know it's hard)  keep thinking that special day when you get to hold them,  tell them how much you love them.  if it helps,  write down everything,  and take pictures of what makes you happy.
