TMI Implantation bleeding? Or is AF just late??? PIC INCLUDED

Hello gals! So I’m 38 & have endometriosis so I know it’s hard for me to get pregnant. Lately my period has been on point. I’ve been seeing someone the last 5 months & just last 3 months we’ve been having unprotected sex.

My periods are normally 6-7 days of heavy pain. Last month I got my period on May 8th. It was very light & only lasted 3 days. That was great but not usual.

June 4th (had cramps for 2 days or so) I went to wipe & saw a very light pink tint on the paper. I THOUGHT it was the start of my period so put on a tampon. When I took it out the little spot you see on the tampon was all that came out. Next day wore a tampon....not even one spot. Now today being June 8th

, I’ve been cramping for days now...waiting on AF but she’s 4-5 days late. My back & cramps are killing me. Could that have been implantation bleeding? Or you think AF is just late? I have not taken a test cause I’m a little scared. ANY thoughts help!!!!
