Classical Uterine Incision

My first pregnancy was emergency csection where they ended up having to cut me via Classical Incision since I was so early (27 weeks) & my baby was so small (14 oz). Now I'm pregnant with my second baby & I'm a bit nervous about possible complications. Has anyone else had a classical incision? What were your worries? Complications? How did you cope? What information were you given?
