Should I or shouldn't I have sex?

I'm 22 by the way and I promised myself that I would wait for someone who cares and loves me but I'm starting to get tired of waiting. What should I do. Should wait to have sex with someone I love and care about or should I have sex with someone I know just to get it over with?

Do you think you'll regret just doing it after waiting for so long? I think I would have. I waited until marriage and while it was very hard to wait to have sex with my now husband, I know I would have regretted not waiting until marriage.

I might be the odd person out but I waited until marriage and I feel like
I missed out on something. I don't know why, but I just do. :/ I wish I wouldn't have been so worried about it and enjoyed my early 20s.

I am in the same situation as you. And the same age as you. And I was tempted to give in yesterday actually but then decided in the long run, it's not worth it. As much as I know I have my needs I also know I don't want or need to get something done just for the sake of getting done. I'm personally quite pleased with the fact that I stopped myself from giving into temptation because I knew it would of ended badly for me anyways. So like you I too have just (again) decided to wait until it's right. Or with the right person.
