I am struggling with my weight loss after having a baby.
I switched up my eating, drink water every day, and started working out.
I’m about a month in and I’m getting frustrated.
After I eat my stomach bloats and looks big... Idk what causes this??
The top of my stomach is bloated and hard.
It’s a little painful as well.
Does anyone experience these symptoms or know what they are?
