Why do people overreact without thinking?

i guess I'm the only girl he dated that doesn't let him run over me. He has a habit of not communicating his feelings and thoughts but gets mad and overact about anything. He enjoys me annoying him purposely because he too cute. he has trouble with opening up his heart because he shy about his heart but he act like he's blaunt but he make a lie sound just like the truth. He still mad about an argument that happened almost 2 weeks ago. After threatening so many times of changing his number he overreacted and  changed it. Now he's contacting me a week later. He don't think about what he gonna say, he just say it out of frustration. he changed his number and regret it.  He takes everything to far and serious I wonder do the army has something to do with his coping skills.

Yeah, I'll agree that the Army has nothing to do with it. If anything, my husband has gotten better about communicating with me since he enlisted. There's a lot of classes that he can go to that really help with how to deal with day to day conflicts. If he's not communicating now, he may always have trouble. Try to talk to him, see if he's willing to work on it and then evaluate your relationships from there.

The military can mess alot of people up in the head, some worse than others. Some longer than others. But that doesn't mean you have to tolerate it.
