Do you rub your belly?

I'm going to be 5 weeks tomorrow, and I know baby is very tiny right now. But does anyone find comfort in rubbing their belly?

Just knowing baby is inside makes me want to connect with them somehow.

I love holding my belly when I sleep, makes me feel like I'm kinda holding my baby....my SO does it too makes me feel like it's just our little family

I always wondered why women did it before I got pregnant.

Now that I'm pregnant, I still have no idea! But I find myself doing it all the time! Seems to be subconscious.

I'm only comfortable with my BF or my son touching my tummy. The only other ppl that get to touch it are my family and close friends. I wouldn't let a stranger rub my belly lol. That'd be awkward!

I rub my belly and Daddy likes to lay on my tummy. Just a way to feel close to baby boy until his official arrival =D

I do at home when I'm relaxing, it's really comforting. My husband does it too and gives the baby kisses 😊 I would give it kisses if I could reach haha I'm only 5w4d so I'm just really bloated right now. But I still enjoy rubbing or placing my hand above my uterus

16 weeks and dont do it ever...... If i ever do it will probably only be at home when i feel baby move. Ive always been annoyed by that somehow.... Since i've been like 10 years old... Especially when they arnt showing lol.  It kindof stuck to me..... I guess some old aunt i hated did it when i was a kid hahaaa!!

I'm always rubbing my belly or just resting my hand on it. When I'm sitting down watching tv, when I'm out shopping, laying in bed. It's just something I do, usually without realizing it.

I am almost 26 weeks and when my lil ones start pushing out I gently rub that area and push in at the same time. Otherwise I don't typically do it.
