I’m 36+2 weeks pregnant with baby number 2.

I’m finding it extremely hard to sleep at night. I have awful back pain, rib pain and suffer badly with heart burn.

I have tried sleeping on my left side but it hurts my back and ribs and have tried numerous pregnancy pillows and regular pillows but they don’t help at all.

I am constantly waking up at night on my back or on my right hand side or still on my left side in a lot of pain from my back and ribs.

They say your supposed to sleep on your left side as it is the safest position but I can’t get comfy and I’m constantly waking in the night resulting me in now getting much sleep. (I have a 13month old so lack of sleep doesn’t help at all).

Has anyone got any tips or advice for sleeping? TIA
