frequent tightining but no pain 37weeks 2 days
I can only tell I’m having them because tummy tightens and before it does my breathing changes.....
So annoying not knowing wtf is going on with my first Braxton-Hicks hurt. But this doesn’t hurt :(

My Braxton Hicks have never been painful and I've been getting them since I was 25 weeks. Currently 40+2 and still only getting them, no real contractions yet.

I've been getting these a lot lately. It just feels like a tightening in my abdomen but no pain. The doctor said it's Braxton hicks I guess, but didnt pay much mind to it and just said if they get painful and stronger then that's when you call. I'm 39 + 1

I never had a painful contraction or BH. Uncomfortable yes, but not painful. I don’t think you should worry. I’m 384D.
