infection?!? tmi, sorry

this past weekend i had sex with my boyfriend. it was both anal and vaginal, sorry if too much information. i showered today obviously and past days too since. but today it itched kind of a lot and when i went to wash it kind of stung. i do checks frequently so i put one finger inside and when i pulled it out what was on my finger had a texture of like a really wet piece of toilet paper. it wasn't liquid-like it was just kind of sticky but easily flexible?? im not sure how else to describe it and i would feel completely weird posting a picture. but could i have gotten an infection? we didnt use protection and kept switching, after i clearly said not to but just didn't care so much after.
