I’m so scared I’m just 14!!   And I never in my life had sex  I’m too scared but I’m bleeding   But idk it’s implantation bleeding or just my period  the color is like red  like really red and sometimes it’s heavy and sometimes not. And idk what to do I never had sex never never never and I’m worried I’m crying idk what to do plzzz help me !!!

Sweetheart, if you've never had sex how would you think you are pregnant? Implantation bleeding occurs from pregnancy. You can only become pregnant if you have sex.

It sounds like it’s just your period. Is this your first time? Get some pads (I prefer the ones with wings to help prevent side leaks) and rest. Don’t get scared about it, it’s totally natural, all girls get it!
