"The Patch" Birth Control

Hey everyone!!

My name is Caraline and I am 21 years old.. Last week I went to the doctor due to my athsma acting up, insomnia, and migraines. My doctor is new and seems super judgmental.. And due to the migraine and sleeping medication she gave me, she was very adamant about getting me on a birth control... Even though I really don't like them and I've never taken them when I've had

them in the past; And I'm not even worried about getting pregnant because my fiancé and I wouldn't mind a child, but she to xd me it can complicate a pregnancy and cause issues for me, as well as the baby... I could just stop taking them if I were to get pregnant.. But whatever that is besides the point.. Has anyone tried them? Not the specific brand Xulane, but a birth control patch in general?? I'm not sure I'll even get any responses, but I wasn't sure who else to ask.. Thank you sooo much in advance to anyone who responds to me!!
