Tampons 🤦🏻‍♀️

I used a tampon for the first time today and it hurt. It was very uncomfortable but I stuck through it. That was one difficulty, another was I couldn't poop 😂 I know that's gross but it was hard to poop while it was in. 🤷🏻‍♀️ now I have questions. How can I make it not hurt? Does anyone have the same issues? How can I poop with one in? Do I have to pull it out everytime j have go pee? Does anyone else change theirs every time they use the bathroom?
