Somebody help me think PLEASE

Hi I’m 20 years old soon to be 21 and I was wondering if I should conceive seriously with my new boyfriend ( but old friend) . I haven’t had any kids and avoid my ovulation days since I was 16 years old. The reason why I’m asking is because it’s 4 years since I lost my set of twins after birth & my mind/heart is screaming MAKE A BABY 🤣😭😭 this is the first guy I’ve met since that I feel is truly worthy of my children and medical consequences. He agrees he wants children, he often rubs my belly or displays this affection to my body as if that’s truly what he wants. But I’m nervous because older people keep screaming no but I feel something FOR ME is missing
