Advice: Implantation Bleeding?!

So I’m 3 going on 4 days late on my period & had sex today. I started bleeding after the sex; a light red/brownish medium amount of blood. Not exactly a Flo just like spotting a soft red color in small amounts since the below below was taken. Could my period have started due to the sex or can this light red/brown blood be implantation bleeding?

It hurts every month that passes that I’m not pregnant but I’ll accept & appreciate any helpful advice as to what this is... my period are normally on time lately and now it’s about to be 4 days late but they say Implantation bleeding is around the same time! The similarities between the AF & IB plus add the waiting game is KILLING ME! Then to go through it all again each month “I’m not pregnant” again; is so mentally, emotionally & physically exhausting! SOMEONE HELP PLEASE!
