Worst period yet?

Yesterday I got my period (9 days late), and my cramps were way more intense than usual. They’re not ever great to begin with, I always dread my period because the pain I go through feels unbearable and nothing relieves the pain. For the first time I could literally feel my ovaries throbbing not even joking, and my entire abdomin was aching and tight, I’m actually still feeling sore today from it. That has never happened before. Today I’m still feeling a little sick, but compared to yesterday this is bearable. Can anyone relate?!
