IUD PERIOD CRAMPS 😭💀🤢

I got an copper IUD about 3 months ago. Before I had gotten it my periods were not bad at all! Lasted maybe 5/6 days, not super heavy or anything. I had no cramps or any symptoms besides mood swings. AFTER THE IUD I’m a mess. I get my period for 10-12 days, heavy bleeding everyday and spotting for a couple days after, CRAMPS LIKE NEVER BEFORE! I can’t even get up some days due to them. What do I do??? I don’t want to get the iud removed because it’s been a lifesaver but this pain is so bad. Any tips for period cramps/ iud pains ??
